I ate goat once by accident, but I don't know if that's totally gross (tastes like chicken, ha ha! ). I also ate a fly once by accident.
That was pretty gnarly. Ew. How 'bout you?

The cardboard on the bottom of a sandwich from a vending machine... funny this is - it didn't taste too bad - until I realized I ate 3/4 of it along with the sandwich. (Was desperate for something to each for lunch! ).
Everyone at work had a good laugh that day. Someone asked if I was trying to get more fiber in my diet. I also had a salad with 1/2 a fly in it - so I pretty much figured I ate the other half.It was at the dinner we had after my grandmother's wake, so once again, I gave everyone a much needed laugh.
And so did the lady who came out of the bathroom with her dress tucked in her pantyhose. I realize that is not part of the question you asked - but I can't tell my fly story without telling that. Type of sushi I love sushi, and have eaten it for a few years now. I try anything, so when asked if I would try "monkfish liver", I did. It was the worst thing I have ever eaten in my life..
Dried squid! Several years back, my, then, boyfriend and I went to an Asian market to get ingredients for a chinese dish. We saw this package of dried squid.
We liked new experiences so we thought, okay, let's try some of that. Got it home, opened it, and the stench filled up the whole house . We tried a tiny bite and it was the rankest thing I've ever tasted.
I can't even describe it. Maybe like soured, spoiled fish, basically. Of course, being quite the adventurers, we put the bag in a canister, thinking, maybe we're supposed to soak it, rinse it, and cook with it.
Well, next time I opened that canister, it made me almost barf! I didn't bother putting it in the trash can, it went straight out to the dumpster! I even had to throw away the canister.

I think fried okra is the worst thing I ever ate I like most vegetables but an older relative insisted we try his okra, and he deep fried it in so much oil that each piece dripped of fatty oil. It was totally gross! I might like steamed okra or fixed with tomato sauce or in another recipe, but deep fried, yuck!.

What is the most grossest food you have eaten.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
