What is the health policy of Your country, when it is about opiate/heroin addicts?

Canada, in general, is among those countries that have THE BEST POLICY for drug addicts. Methadone, l-methadone, slow-release morphine, morphine for IV (medical heroin) - H.A.T , safe injection sites - these are things that WHOLE WORLD SHOULD GO FOR! Serbia has no needle exchange, no NOTHING except Methadone Treatment!

Well I think your asking a bit much in the way of detail but I can say that in Canada we have safe injection sites(which I think is stupid).

I've never heard of any treatment policy other than prison down here. If you are a citizen you probably won't get much time for heroin but you will for cocaine. They will almost always brand you as a cartel member or a gang member so a few months in the slammer.

If you are a foreigner they will see how much they can get out of you and your family then, after a few months, deport you. If you, or your people, don't have much money you will get up to several years.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
