What is the meaning of the proverb 'a bad worker always blames his tools?

This proverb means that a person attributes his failings or shortcomings to the actions of other people instead of attributing them to the person who is ultimately responsible for our actions - namely oneself.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
