Microsoft The Microsoft Digital Image Suite Plus is very intuitive and simple to use, in my opinion. Edfoug's Recommendations Microsoft Digital Image Suite Plus LB Amazon List Price: $129.95 Used from: $36.95 .

Photoshop Elements I'm a big fan of Photoshop Elements. For $99 you get a professional tool that's fairly easy to use. I've been using Photoshop since it was introduced on the Macintosh. At that time, it was a fairly expensive tool (they only had a "professional" edition).

The introduction of Elements provided all the functionality of the earlier professional versions along with a variety of features designed to make it easier to use for novices. For example, while Photoshop had everything I needed to do good red eye reduction, the "guides" in Elements made it a snap for me.(As an aside, given a choice between Pro and Elements, I choose Elements.) If I was going on the cheap, I might consider downloading a copy of GIMP. (http://www.gimp.org/).

It has all the essential functionality of Elements, though the user interface is not nearly as good. I would avoid the free programs that come with many cameras. They are hard to use and don't produce good results.

Picasa2 from Google Its really really simple to use and its free.

I have been using JASC software since I bought my current laptop about 4-5 years ago. My previous software was more to my liking for simplicity of interface, but the JASC has been doing what I need quite nicely. My particular version is Paint Shop Pro 8, which came bundled with video software as well.

I don't know what is available from them at the moment. Most of what I do is resizing for writing to CD to share, but once in a while, I'll do a little tweaking. None None of them are "easy" but some are easier than others. Learning Photoshop is a life long avocation and not for the occasional snapshooter. Your digital camera probably came with basic editing software.

For easier and more intuitive software look at Picasa. It's free and simple to use. Sources: picasa.google.com/ .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
