What is the most important thing to consider when installing a new kitchen?

The kitchen is one of the most used room in our house. It has 3 important requirements:1. Must have abundant water supply,2.

Must have adequate ventilation, and3. Must be near the entrance for ease of taking out the garbage and getting in food supplies. You may want to build an outdoor kitchen.

Safety, then beauty. After this I will tantalise everyone that enter my kitchen with visuals of various food.

The number one focus should be functionality. Will the new kitchen have space and appliances fit for the use it will endure. For instance a restaurant kitchen is going to be much bigger and spacious than a house hold kitchen.

Figure out what you'll use the kitchen for most. After that plan on building it for that use.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
