I pulled up some carpet. We live in the old family house and there was this really ugly carpet in the living room. I knew from my childhood that there was a beautiful hardwood floor under there so finally I got some tools and started pulling it up.

The floor underneath is just as beautiful as I remembered but it is going to need a little work. My wife is thrilled but the cat is not at all happy. I had to keep a piece of the old carpet and put it in the corner for her to sleep on.

Otherwise I would have had to sleep very lightly at night because our 30+ pound cat can be a bit vengeful. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
