The stupidest movie I've ever seen was Darkness Falls about the tooth fairy trying to kill kids at night. It was so ridiculous. It looked really scary on the previews, but it was not at all.
The entire time I was in the theater I thought someone had bronchitis or something, but apparently, the horrible breathing I heard was part of the "scary" sound effects.
That would have to be Superbad...though I've seen a LOT of really stupid movies, so it was really tough to pick just one ;). I tend to approach all mainstream movies with caution, because more often than not they do disappoint me. They try so hard to appeal to the largest possible audience, which kind of precludes any kind of brilliance at least 90% of the time.
2012. Dumbest movie ever! I felt it was a rip-off of my time and money even though I watched it at home on Netflix. It was even worse than Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, and that's saying a lot.
I felt this way after watching the movie Legion in the theater. I love Paul Bettany, but I just thought the movie could have been so much better.
SuperBad. The only clever thing about that movie was the title. It really was SUPERBAD.
Billy Madison was also really dumb. It made Pauly Shore movies look like Masterpeice theatre. Napolian Dynimite was boring.
I have to stay with Superbad.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
