What is the Orthodox view on the protestant reformation?

Catholics obviously reject the Bible. The RCC kept the Bible, the only means of salvation, from the people for hundreds of years, perscuting to death those that sought it. They even claim direct authority back to those who did that and who made up their own doctrines to replace it.

But now, at the cost of much blood, we have free access to the Bible and can see their wickedness and what they are. Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? Then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: But they prefer their Church and its doctrines that contradict the Bible, else they would flee from it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
