If your balance is come down below the minimum balance at any day on a calendar quarter, the bank will deduct minimum balance charge mostly on the last day of the quarter and it is Rs.300/- per quarter. Internet Banking account is not a separate account but it is an additional facility attached to your normal SB a/c, so the same rules are applicable to accounts having Internet banking facility also. But if your account is a zero balance a/c (accounts for which no minimum balance needed) and if they provide Internet Banking facility to that account, you need not maintain a minimum balance and there will not be any minimum balance charges.
