What is the process they use in oil refineries?

The process that uses in oil refineries is fractional distillation . In this process several liquids are seperated at at particular temperature . In this process materials like petrol ,diesel,kerosene,paraffin wax etc are seperated.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
