What is the proper way to install a router bit into the collet?

Insert the router bit in all the way until it bottoms out then backing off 1/16". This will allow enough room for shank expansion and keep the router bit from freezing in the collet. More.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
