Fitness, health, and general well being are all important keys toward a long and prosperous life. How we take care of our bodies through food and exercise is our best bet at increasing the odds for overcoming illness and functioning at our peak. There is, however, and in my understanding, a slight difference between healthy eating and general fitness.
The former focuses exclusively on food while the latter is a combination of physical composition of the body and the nutrients that promote a "fit" physique. General good nutrition is all about balance, variety, moderation, and a core foundation of whole, real, mostly unprocessed foods. Whole grains, fruits, and vegetables are plentiful.
Protein sources are lean and dairy products are mostly lowfat. Sugar isn't consumed in excess and fats are primarily of the unsaturated kind. As a core diet with room for deviation, that is what I see as good nutrition.
Fitness, on the other hand, is about body composition of your physique, your musculature, and deals with both food and exercise. You can eat the healthiest diet in the world without ever exercising or practicing strength training and be in top health, butbe nowhere near physically fit. Building muscle and toning your structure requires both a mixture of cardio and strength training (yoga, pilates, weights, resistance bands), rest, and good nutrition to fuel and recover.
Carbohydrates will fuel your workout and an increase in lean proteins (cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, lean meats, eggs, nuts, etc. ) will aid in the muscle building process. So to become physically fit and healthy, diet certainly plays a major role. Good, balanced nutrition will not only support your overall health but also your bangin' bod!
Nutritious meals will improve the metabolism of the body thus helping in burning fats quickly. Also, apt nutritional level will help the body in staying energetic and not going into a starvation mode. A low nutritional meal will have more than the necessary fats and carbs in it.It is always good to check the meal plans that are available for reference from a good source.
I would recommend the 1200 calorie meal plan available at the website of Brigham and Woman’s Hospital. My husband and I are following this meal plan for a better lifestyle and to stay healthy.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
