Depending on the size of the clot, and whether or not the entire artery is blocked, the pain can be severe with or without any motion in the leg. Usually any motion causing a need for increase blood flow will worsen the pain if the tissue is only partially starved for blood. There is usually swelling as well.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
