That depends on the specific card and its condition. If the card has a clean surface, good centering, sharp corners and smooth edges then it will be worth more than if it has a problem in one of these areas. According to the Basketball Beckett value guide, Shaq's rookie cards range in value from just a few dollars up to about $80.
There are card grading companies, such as BGS and PSA, who will grade your card on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being poor and 10 being mint/pristine. Without going into too much detail, graded cards can me worth MUCH more than their non-graded counterparts. For example, the 1992-93 Upper Deck #1 Shaq rookie card has a high book value of $40, but I just saw one graded 10 by PSA go for over $250 on Ebay.
Had it been a BGS 10 it would have went for much more than that. If you just have a couple cards and you'd like to know how much they're worth you could stop in a local card shop and the owner would probably look up the values for you. If you have quite a few, you could stop at a card shop or Walmart and pick up a Basketball Beckett for about $8 or $9.
Good luck!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
