Iced Tea The Nestea is not diet so it is full of sugar. The diet soda has a substitute so it has fewer calories. As for the worse definately the iced tea but both are bad choices for your health.

Water is the only good beverage choice. All others vary. I don't drink coffee - soda is my choice also but I don't drink it every day.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
