What is your favorite season of the year: winter, spring, summer or fall.. that is if you have seasons where you live?

My favorite season is winter, for two reasons: - All the good holidays are during winter. Thanksgiving, then Christmas -- both family togetherness holidays. And for me, personally, I have a January birthday. So it's a time of celebration.

- Snow! I can take or leave the cold, but snow is amazing -- especially being indoors with a fireplace watching it, but going outside and playing in the snow is still great. You're never too old for it.

Plus, it's just beautiful. I still get excited whenever I see a snowy-weather sky. Plus, with the cold, it's much easier to warm up than it is to cool down from extreme heat.

Winter. Or fall, as the case may be here in Louisiana - it never quite got to a full-fledged "winter" like I was expecting. (I've lived in Colorado and Alaska, I know what "winter" really is.) I just love the peaceful quiet that comes during and after a snowstorm.

I like being able to see my breath (when I was a kid I'd pretend to make puffs of smoke like I was a train).
Plus there's a particular bite in the air when the temperature gets down below a certain point.
I admit, I love the holiday season.

I like being able to come in out of the cold to huddle in front of a cozy fireplace, maybe with some hot chocolate, and spend the rest of the night under a blanket, watching TV.
And I like that you can layer your clothes for fashion, rather than just having to wear one thing like during the summer.
Plus hey, when you're a kid...

I like all the seasons equally, because I believe that each one has something special to offer us.

I like the spring and fall. Not to hot and not to cold but I do like to see the snowfall. I prefer the mountains to the beach so it's cooler there.

We have seasons in South Florida, but they are subtle. Still, there is no denying when spring arrives. I love spring, because it makes all things seem possible.

We don't really have seasons here in California, but I'm a "nowist". I don't often look to the past or the future... I just enjoy the "now". Whatever the weather, THAT is what I enjoy!

I think my favorite season of the year has got to be fall. In the fall, we typically still have nice warm and sunny weather, but the leaves and landscapes are changing from a more green color to shades of gold, orange, red and brown. Also, depending on what part of the country you live in, fall brings lower temperatures and does away with the very hot days that are often spent sitting outside sunbathing or inside to avoid the heat wave.

Fall allows people to bond by going for comfortable walks and enjoying each other’s company in the comfort of the still warm weather and the beautiful landscapes Mother Nature has to offer. I also like fall most, because some of my favorite holidays fall into this season: Halloween and Thanksgiving. Ever since I was a young child, I enjoyed dressing up spooky and receiving candy, before the weather turned too cold.

I also love Thanksgiving and can never wait to get to the meal preparation each year to share with my family the true meaning of giving and sharing.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
