My most productive time is in the afternoon. I have never been a morning person and I'm not at my best late at night. It starts around 1:00 p.m.
And last until 7:00 p.m. After dinner is over and the dishes have been washed.
Actually either, the most productive is when it is either to early or to late for people to call. When the phone stops ringing there are no interruptions and I do not have to stop what I'm doing.
I'm a night person so I tend to be most productive around 1 -2 am but since I have two young children. One of which is a breast feeding newborn.. productive time is when they give me time.
The most productive portion of my day is between 9:30AM and 4:15PM -- and especially when I've had an ample amount of coffee. Watch out now!
My most productive time of the day is the night, especially near midnight. It feels like my brain suddenly snaps into focus. I have hard time concentrating during the days, but at night, it's very easy.
I think it's because at night it is very quite and no one bothers me. It is true, but at day, I often feel so sleepy although there is no one around and I have enough sleep. It's weird.
I think if I do freelance work, I'm going to find myself turning to be an owl permanently. Lol.
While I try to get an early start each day to complete all I have to do for that day, I do tend to find each morning that my mind is just not functioning as well as I want it to. I have a hard time waking up and becoming mentally functional and so my early hours each day are spent doing menial work, such as cleaning up any left over mess from the day before, folding laundry, or just reading a book. During the mid- to late morning, I do find myself being able to concentrate better and can then jump into my daily work.
However, most times, I blossom after my family goes to bed and I can sit downstairs in my living room in peace and quiet and concentrate solely on my work. It is mainly during this time that I answer questions on Conundrumland and complete other tasks online. I have found that this works best for me and is a nice way to conclude my day.
Since I have to work during the day, my most productive time is usually later in the evening. After diner, after homework, after everyone has gone to bed.... I get distracted so easily that I need a bit of peace and quite in order to focus.....
Late nights are definitely my thing. These days, I am usually happiest and most productive between 10 o'clock at night and 3 o'clock in the morning. Whether I'm working on some project or another, reading a good book, or simply doing the dishes, that's the time for me.
Everyone else in the house is relatively quiet at that point, so I can hear myself think and accomplish something without being bugged to death by a dozen other things. In part, I believe this comes from so many years of reading and studying at all hours when I was younger. I may not be a wise old owl... but I am a kind of crazy, colorful bird staying wide awake to chirp in my nest at night.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
