My family is riddled with heart disease and blood pressure issues and has been for a very long time...multiple generations to be exact. I am almost 40, and a male.....I did not want and do not ever want any of these issues. We have also had diabetes in the family.

I went searching for a solution but not a cure...I wanted a lifestyle change that would be with me throughout the years and something I could convince my wife and children to try. My solution was a modified version of the Atkins diet. Reduce PROCESSED carbohydrates and sugars and you will come out ahead.

We have now been following this in our household for about 24 months and all of us show heightened energy and better physical ability. I have had blood work down through out the process and my cholestorol and triglycerides have reduced as a result. I have no blood pressure issues and or sugar related illness. So far I am thrilled....I will be getting a stress test soon to see if my arteries are functioning properly...especially after being on a reduced carb and higher protein diet.

Hope this helps somewhat.

Example of everyday diet: Up to 12 servings of salad of raw vegetables (dark green are the best also tomato, kale) with first cold pressing olive oil. 4-5 liters of purified alkaline ionized water with pH at least 9,5 (like the one made with Jupiter ionizer) with concentrated green powder, like supergreens. 2 Avocados 1-2 cups of slightly steamed sprouted soy beans 10 grams of unprocessed sea salt.

Also you can use baking soda (NaHCO3) dissolved in that alkaline water. Nothing else. No meat, no dairy products, no sugary fruits not to mention sweets, no regular breads, no rice or other grains.

Especially no coffee or teas (including the green one. It 'causes bladder cancer).

Big things to cut include beer, salt and caffeine. I was told by doctor to cut the above items. My Blood pressure has come down dramatically.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
