Certainly there may be more promotion of rights for men but way more promotion of rights for women. We are not even slightly close to equal. For instance, you are pretending that divorce is not fair for men but women are much much poorer after 5 years of divorce than men are.
Women suffer financially from divorce much more than men - so that would have to be remedied if you are going to remedy things for men. I would personally like to see ALL fathers (who are not abusive) have to take custody and do all the crazy juggling act of looking after children and working besides like many women have to do today - I think there would be more appreciation of what parents do - if more men were involved. Life expectancy will never be equal because this is biology - men are just weaker than women genetically and die at every age including in the womb more than women.
This is nature, not nurture. However, nurture does have an effect. You could ban alcohol, cigarettes and processed sugar and that would raise the life expectancy but I'm sure no one would go for this.
Feminism has always advocated freeing men from gender roles but men have resisted. If you could convince men to do this, it would be a healthy thing for sure. Spousal abuse should be unacceptable for anyone - agreed.
I don't think you are going to be able to stop attractive people being hired more - attractive men get hired more too - what are you going to do about that?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
