Why is it so difficult to get Amazon Marketplace buyers to leave feedback? I am a low-volume seller on Amazon Marketplace (user ID dartfever, 100% positive), but seem to have a very difficult time getting buyers to leave feedback. Out of a dozen sales, I may get only two or three feedback ratings.
I do not sell junk, I describe the item fully and accurately, pack very well, ship promptly, communicate to the buyer with shipping details (always through Amazon), and follow up with a request for feedback; still, I get nothing from most buyers! Obviously, the non-respondents are satisfied with the transaction (I am sure I would hear if they were not!), so even though I include the URL for Amazon feedback in my messages, only a few choose to respond. Although a different marketplace altogether, my rating responses on eBay are quite consistent (also 100% positive), so I had hoped for the same level of participation on Amazon.
