What part of the constitution says we should provide free healthcare, welfare, foodstamps, etc to anyone?

You would be housed in a state mental facility or you would live on a county poor farm. Your children would be taken away to live in orphanages or someone might foster them and send them to work in a sweat shop because child labor was pretty common in 1910. So, ask yourself this...has our society progressed in 100 years?

Is it better that you have medical services so that you are able to stay out of the hospital or the poor farm or beg on the streets? Is it better for your children that they remain with you and attend public schools? I say that it certainly is.

I support the programs that you are on gladly. There but for the grace of God go I and everyone else who posts here. Do not be ashamed of being disabled.

Be ashamed for the fools who verbally and emotionally abuse you because of your circumstances. The urban myth of the glamorous welfare mother who drives a Cadillac is crap! Its fiction and not fact.

The reason most people are against ssi, welfare, and food stamps is because for every one person like you there are probably 3 who are just lazy and milking the system.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
