After looking in stores on over the internet I can't seem to come across anything that goes beyond 8.5 x 11. Does anyone know a good scanner that does this? Asked by pik80 47 months ago Similar questions: scanners scan larger 11 Computers > Hardware > Desktops & Laptops.

Many 11x17 Flatbed Scanners -- But all are very expensive. Must just not be a big market for large document scanners, because all that I've ever seen run in the $1500 to $3000 range. Gh enough price to where you might just condsider scanning portions of the document and then using a photo imaging program to link them together.
Kind of a pain, but can be done. Anyway, for the more pricey scanners, here are some: nextag.com/11x17-color-scanner/search-html scanstore.com/Specials/11x17_flatbeds.asp The best deal I saw was: Epson GT-15000 Color 11x17" Flatbed $1295 at scanstore.com/Scanners/default.asp?ITEM_... Hope that helps or someone can find a lower priced one! .

Xerox makes one, and so do some others. I found this one at Stapes. It's a Xerox Documate 510 flatbed scanner, and it will scan legal sized documents, 8½ X 14.
Here's the URL at Staples, although it homes on my zip code: http://www.staples.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StaplesProductDisplay?zipCode=60522&jspStoreDir=Staples&ci_sku=571573&catalogId=10051&errorUrl=zipcode&ci_src=14110944&cm_mmc=GoogleBase-_-Shopping-_-Technology_%3E_Scanners_-_-571573-XDM5105D-WU&langId=-1&partNumber=571573&storeId=10001&ddkey=StaplesZipCodeAdd A tip: Go to the Google home page, click on the Shopping link, and enter "Flatbed Scanners. " It will pull up quite a few of them, or just follow this link: google.com/products?q=flatbed+scanner&bt... Sources: Google .
Lots I'm not sure I've ever seen a scanner that doesn't do at least legal size. I used to have a something-Storm (very nice for its day but the company is out of business) and it handled >8.5x11. I currently use Canon CanoScan N670U (only like $30 when I bought it) and it at least handles A4 (8x12-ish iirc) - I thought it handled legal as well but it's not labeled as such on the face at least. My wife uses a Canon multi-function which again handles A4 and maybe legal.
In general, I'd check the major scanner manufacturer websites (Canon and HP definitely, Epson and Brother maybe, etc). Sources: Experience .
We do not back up desktops or laptops. " "What the larger issue..." "The more you take away, the larger it becomes? What is it?" "which airport is larger?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
