A jump rope, resistance bands (really big elastics), a medicine ball (heavy), free weighs, and a gym in a box. Should be everything you need for the most part.
The other option is a multi-station home gym. This is the home-version of machines like leg presses, triceps extensions and leg curls. Multi-station gyms often allow you to perform 10 or more exercises on a single machine, including arm curls, lat pulldowns, bench presses, squats, triceps presses and shoulder presses.
The downside of these machines is that they cost thousands of dollars and they are difficult to assemble and move.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
