I've decided to get a membership @ the gym... I need more energy & I need to work on these ABs... ;-) Any suggestion on a gym/trainer?

They have La Fitness's in 20 some states, most of their clubs are sport clubs, I my opinion they beat 24 Hour Fitness and Bally s because their clubs generally are larger, most of the time they always have certain pieces of equipment like 2 or more squat racks, smith machines... 24 hour and bally s don't sometimes a 24 Hour Fitness will be nice and sometimes it will be an older club with really old equipment. So unless you need to work out at one or 2 in the morning LA Fitness offers your best value I was in the Fontana Club the other day and the General Manger gave me some free stuff. The Marina Del Club, Milwaukee and Encinitas clubs have very nice staffs.

If you are near any of those you should do alright. San Marcos, CA has great trainers.LA Fitness has different approach to sales than 24 Hour or Ballys so you should get a better deal if they offer it. It is that reason and because overall they have more and new equipment that I prefer them.

I would go to a club like Fontana because they are not that busy and will find you the best deal that is available. They have trainers too, the key for choosing a personal trainer is to find someone that has been there for a while and check how many certifications they have, and if they also look athletic they should know what they are doing and will save time. LA Fitness also offers a complimentary free 1st session.

There are also luxury clubs like Lifetime fitness, they cost more but also offer more. And smaller limited clubs like anytime fitness and snap fitness, they may be smaller towns not serviced by companies like 24 hour or LA Fitness.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
