San Antonio is a city that is steeped in history. If you only have a weekend, visit the Alamo to catch a glimpse of the former mission where Texas defenders took their last stand. The Alamo is considered to be a Shrine to Texas Liberty by all true Texans.
After visiting the Alamo, the San Antonio Riverwalk is a short walk. The Riverwalk features many restaurants, live music and street performers. You can even catch a ride on one of the river taxis and explore the Riverwalk and then stop at any of the venues that pique your interests.
The area is generally teeming with people and there is always something entertaining happening. Another interesting site to visit is the San Antonio Missions National There are four missions on the site and the park offers history, as well as, biking and hiking paths so that you can explore for hours. San Antonio is also home to Sea World and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
Thrill seekers will enjoy the rides and shows at both of these parks. Enjoy your time in San Antonio. Be sure to grab some wonderful Tex-Mex when you visit the Riverwalk.
If you can get a table outside and people watch, that may be the best part of your trip.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
