Your wife. You only made it worse by making her more sick. Your job is to protect her.
Not make her sick. If it was alcohol, would you have made her drink the whole bottle? Pills, would you make her swallow the whole bottle?
I hope not. That would be stupid too. How do you know she won't smoke again?
She just won't smoke in the house again. She still might smoke around her friends. You only pissed her off more.
Your wife's way might have worked better.
It doesn't take very many cigarettes to get addicted to nicotine. It was a bad idea to make her smoke the entire pack. Yeah she got sick off of it but the repercussions of what you did could be worse in the long run.
With all due respect sir, you are telling me that the best punishment that you were able to come up with was to make her smoke a whole pack of cigarettes in under 30 minutes? You're an adult and you should have been able to come up with something better then putting your daughters health on the line like that. On top of that, you should also be wondering from what store did your daughter get a whole pack of cigarettes at the age of 11.
Once you find that out you should call your local police departments non-emergency number and report that you noticed kids acquiring cigarettes from that location.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
