Try the following exercise to help you deal with feelings of shame: Think of the last time you felt ashamed, or berated yourself for acting in ways that were not "normal." In a journal, write what you did. Write about what you felt for doing this.
Write all the things you said to yourself about your behavior. How can you translate your feeling of shame into a signal that you need to create a new rule for yourself and others? Write in your journal any ideas that come to mind.
Read through what you have written and create the boldest statements you can about the new rules you are creating for yourself. Experiment with your new rules and keep track of how these changes affect you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
