I agree with Veronica - great tips! We bought lots of scratch mits for our little boy as he had very sensitive skin and kept trying to scratch himself. I always thinks that kimono style baby vests, sleepsuits and rompers are great too as they don't involve having to pull anything over the head when the baby's neck has not settled.
