What type of glue is used to glue ferrules if they come loose? Also, is replating a ferrule a?

The furrule doesn't bear any great load so any glue that will keep it in place will be fine. Obviously one that doesn't mind getting wet. Losing a bit of chrome on the ferrule is not so important since the line shouldn't be rubbing here anyway.Do check the eyes regularly and replace if anything other than silky smooth.

I just use ordinary Super Glue. Has worked well for me in over 30 years of fishing.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
