I recommend Thai Yoga Massage, as it applies gentle passive stretching and rhythmic movements to open up stiff joints and release neuromuscular tension. Stretching is not the issue, it is stretching properly. I advise being under the direction of a yoga teacher or professional who can teach you to stretch properly.
If we stretch ourselves from improper postures and already have tense, short muscles we can make the situation worse.
Sports massage. If the problem is in the upper back the the therapist should trigger point release work combined with soft tissue release. If the problem is in the lower back then the therapist should do trigger point work into the lower back and buttocks, must lower back pain orginates in the buttocks, this should then be followed by pnf stretching to lengthen the muscles.
Most lower back pain can be treated in one session.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
