What unhealthy habits you need to ditch?

Not having physical exercise at all. Untimely food. Limitless drinking and smoking.

Partying too late in the night. Improper sleep timing every day.

Definitely overeating. I eat when I'm hungry and even when I'm not. I'm going to have to stop giving into the cravings.

I'm not doing my body any favors.

I love chips anything crunchy and salty. I have high blood pressure and should not eat them. I love sweets, I wish I could be like those folks who say they don't like sweets.

My most unhealthy habit maybe is drinking less than 8 glasses of water a day. I've always been like this since I was young. Next will be not being able to do some crunches though I really need to.

I'm working at night and usually asleep during the day that's why I always get lazy to do some sit ups. Third will be skipping meals, especially during dinner. Fourth will be eating fast-food snacks like burgers, etc, all the time.

I know it's not good for me but I just love eating burgers. I think that's it, just four... I can't think of any other unhealthy habits I have.

Drinking too much soda. Not excersisng as much as needed. Spending to much time online.Overeating.

Not getting in enough sleep.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
