What video editing software can add audio into video in certain areas while overlapping existing audio track?

Pinnacle Studio VideoStudio almost any mid range editor view pinnacle tutorials below.

I recommend MoviePlus Starter Edition from Serif. MoviePlus Starter Edition is a free, feature restricted version of Serif's fully-fledged video editor. The program has powerful editing tools and supports many high quality effects.

The software is good for beginners offering on-screen how-to guides plus written and video tutorials to guide you through the process of creating and sharing a movie.

Afaik, there is no video editing software that can natively open/edit . Mkv files. (even premiere cant open them).

You can extract a . Mkv into a . Avi and audio/subtitle tracks using other software though.

videohelp.com/tools/MKVtoolni… Download/install that. After that, id say get this GUI for it: videohelp.com/tools/MKVcleave… download/install that, and when you want to extract . Mkv files, open this program, and in the top right it says locate mkvtoolnix, click on that and point it to the folder mkvtoolnix is installed at.

That will allow you to extract the tracks. Check which tracks you wish to extract. After that make sure to check the box that says convert h246 to .

Avi You will end up with a . Avi file, a h264 file (which you can delete since you have the avi), all the audio tracks and all the subtitle tracks. From there you can edit it in a video editing program (the audio will need to be placed in with the video, as the avi has no audio at this point).

Free video editing software that is good and easy to use are: videopad http://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/inde… videospin http://videospin.com/Redesign/ (since they are free they limit the possible input/output video file types allowed, usually all free video editors support atleast avi and wmv in/out) So you will probably a video conversion program aswell, freemake is by far the best free one: http://freemake.com Also freemake can allow you to turn that ripped . Mkv back into a . Mkv file and you can choose the video/audio tracks associated with it.(but w/e audio you attack to a video with video editing will be 1 track, if you add another it won't have all the things you added to it, like extra sounds/audio, unless you go and edit that second audio track) http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download… for audio editing lol (you will want to scroll down and get all the plugins/extras, like the lame mp4 encoder to export mp3, ffmpeg to import audio from vdieo files, and the plugins for extra effects) (remember when doing anything with audio or video, ALWAYS leave ALL values the same as the original source.

Otherwise you can really get some undesired results lol) Video editing involves alot, hope you know what you are getting into :3.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
