What video editing software can add audio into video in certain areas while overlapping existing audio track?

Afaik, there is no video editing software that can natively open/edit . Mkv files. (even premiere cant open them).

You can extract a . Mkv into a . Avi and audio/subtitle tracks using other software though.

Mkv files, open this program, and in the top right it says locate mkvtoolnix, click on that and point it to the folder mkvtoolnix is installed at.

That will allow you to extract the tracks. Check which tracks you wish to extract. After that make sure to check the box that says convert h246 to .

Avi You will end up with a . Avi file, a h264 file (which you can delete since you have the avi), all the audio tracks and all the subtitle tracks. From there you can edit it in a video editing program (the audio will need to be placed in with the video, as the avi has no audio at this point).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
