1 Old regarding your answer "Couldn't begin to tell you the exact question ":I feel for ya! I've had very similar experiences a couple times, and it really sucks big time.
If my deteriorating brain cells are functioning properly, the answer would be two days - and that was on an intermittent basis. This was back in the days last Fall when there were lots of questions on here that were worth answering! As I recall, it had something to do with religious history and I needed to check out a few things before putting up the answer.
I also remember that it was very difficult to write and that I really couldn’t make it all that coherant and had to keep re-writing it. Since I’m not into cutting and pasting from Wikipedia and don’t believe in giving short, one-line answers to serious questions, finding the proper sources was loads of fun since I had to go through my library and find the answers. Then, I wound up getting an extremely low score - the equivalent at the time before stars - of two stars.
It was reversed upon appeal and I got 4 1/2 stars. I did learn one thing from that little experience - do the answer all at once and don’t do so much research and spend so much time and effort on it! The Best Answer was one of those 2-line answers which basically said "go to this website."
G-r-r-r-r. As a result, now the longest I’ll spend on a question is about half-an-hour. Live and learn!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
