As a rugby player I have plenty of experience with getting some nasty scars! Mederma works alright, and rubbing a little Vitamin E oil into the scar helps the redness go away quite a bit too. However, the best way to get rid of the redness is to just wait... eventually, they will fade into a lighter skin tone on their own.
It kind of sucks, but the redness is just a stage of healing your skin goes through, and while you may be able to speed it up a little, it's still going to be a slow process. Sources: I have a lot of scars! More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
