I think it turns out to be a combination of the two. I would want to find spices that make the good food taste better and perhaps give the same feeling or taste of the bad food. I have found that once you stop eating certain bad for you foods you stop thinking about wanting them.
This is how people can go on diets and be successful. They stop eating the sugars and processed foods that contain so much sodium and preservatives and then they start to crave the good for you foods. Once you start on a healthy regiment you will find that the body stops the craving of these simple sugars and will begin to crave the more natural foods.
This is how diets like South Beach works. Once you separate yourself from them, they become less vital to your body and mind. Therefore, I would say that I would love to continue to eat the tasty foods but I do not want to give up any of my life.
I want to be here a long time and to be healthy while I am here. So I would totally want to gain the fifty years and knowing that means that I need to make the decision to cut out the processed foods.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
