Whats a descendant in astrology?

Its the sign on the cusp of the 7th house, your partner's house. This sign describes the type of person you are attracted to in forming a serious partnership. The sign on the first house is the Ascendant and it describes your outlook on life or your appearance, or how others see you.

Across, on the opposite side is the Descendant. It describes your partner, or anyone in close relationship with you. Most people don't say that this is also the house of open enemies, so it describes them, too.

I just learned from you about the Descendant sign ... But I'm not sure it really works. My Rising is Scorpio - so my Descendant should be Taurus. However I dated 2 Tauruses and they were def.

Not what I'm looking for in my partner. I think my Descendant should be Cancer, because I go really well with those :).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
