What's a good diet and exercises for six-pack abs?

Drink A LOT OF WATER. Do not eat when its dark outside. And do exercises that work the abs like crunches and sit-ups.

I personally have had a six pack and never really worked out that much well I did not by doing sit-ups or crunches. I restricted myself on my eating only eating before 3-4pm. No soda, junk food or candy period.

Also, I did 30 minutes of brisk aerobics along with about an 1 hour of some other form of physical activity be it dancing, walking, jogging, running, etc. So I was pretty busy. These days having a six pack isnt all that big to me I am fine with just being how I am but I'd like to lose 10 pounds because I am into modeling. Anyway, hope this answer has helped you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
