Whats a semi-classy alcoholic drink for a casual new years eve party?

A good Vienna Lager style beer would be a semi-classy drink for a New Year's Eve party. Vienna is famed for its New Year's celebrations. Vienna Lagers often go by other names.

They include Samual Adams Boston Lager and Great Lakes Elliot Ness.

Anything with sparkling wine is an easy fit for new year's - and there's a few yummy cocktails you can easily make with it. One classic is a Bellini, which is kind of like an Italian Mimosa (but not just drunk at brunch). You start with Prosecco, which is the Italian sparkling wine / Champagne and add 1 - 1/2 teaspoons of either fresh peach puree or Peach Schnapps for a more 'ready made' version.

You can get Prosecco for fairly short money compared to Champagne - my two favorites are: - NV Nino Franco Rustico Prosecco ($20) - NV Zardetto Prosecco ($14).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
