Read a newspaper everyday Get a major daily newspaper and read it cover to cover (even the sports, even the opinions with which you don't agree) except for the ads. It's cheap (cheaper back then), provides a world of education, and allows you to be a meaningful part of any conversation. Best advice I've ever received which I've followed for the last 25 years.

WOW! So many to pick from...... I think the top of the list is the advice a girlfriend gave me some 20 years ago. ACT AS IF SOMEONE IS TAPING YOU.

I know it sounds funny, but that is what I think made my the awesome person I think I am. No matter what you are doing or who you are doing it with, you always act as if someone is taping you and the whole world will see it later. I have made some wonderful movies LOL!

2 I have used several recipes from askville, and all have been very good- tried and true favorites of other people are usually good choices to try if you want something different to you, but reliable. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
