What's the best, area selective, free or cheap, screen capture, 'add on' software for Win Vista?

I'm sure there is some easy to use, cheap or free, screen capture, 'add on software' for Win Vista. My Win Vista Snipping Tool will not work satisfactorily on 'full screen'. When I set a Hot Key for it, I lose the Hot Key function when I go to 'full screen'.

MWSNAP - freeware Works just like snagit, but totally free. It hasn't been updated in a couple years, but it works just fine.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
