The best low mercury tuna is Wild Planet Albacore Tuna, in fact it has won the "2007 Men's Health Magazine Nutrition Award" for being the best canned Tuna on the market. It is low in mercury, high in Omega 3 and comes in convenient 5 to 7.5oz cans.
It's recommended that you only eat albacore or white tuna once every two weeks but light tuna can be eaten twice a week, so I guess the answer is to stick to light tuna. This is if you're not pregnant or nursing. If you are pregnant or nursing you shouldn't have the white or albacore at all and the light tuna less frequently.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
