The biggest thing for "toning" is to lower ones body fat levels. Fat covers up all the definition on ones body (nearly everyone actually has a 6-pack, it is just covered by a layer of fat), so to lose body fat you can do HIIT (if not familiar with it, I give a detailed description here: mahalo.com/answers/fitness/best-exercise... it is near the bottom). After that, to build muscle with a cardio exercise I would recommend doing jump squats.
These are explosive movements, that when done in high repetition sets will greatly increase your heart rate as well as burning your quadriceps and calf muscles. You can see how to do them pretty simply by watching the embedded video.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
