What's the best education on the web for an amateur photographer who wants to improve their photography skills. Given some background:- an amateur photographer whose been working with film and now digital for some 30 years - Owns a decent selection of SLR and DSLR equipment, lenses and associated accessories- Has done a reasonable amount of reading on light, composition and other basic photographic skills- Due to location, has no access to local/in-person photography education- Is looking for more than "how to use my camera" or "composition basics"- Has dabbled in everything from landscapes to sport/action photographyIs there a source on the web (or books) that provides a good set of references, exercises or education to help an amateur improve their skills or provides challenges to help grow new perspectives. This could include behind the lens as well as back in the digital darkroom.
