What's the best hosting service out there? I've heard of Mediatemple and Rackspace but lately they seem to be down a lot?

For independent users that don't need a lot of technical support I recommend ixwebhosting.com. I pay $4/mo for unlimited use, 2 IP's and a free domain registration. More complex setups are available for more money.

For larger operations that have a much higher budget Rackspace is phenomenal. I haven't heard them being down at all. Their customer support alone is worth extra money.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
