Try these, one may give info another is slow to show. The ATC system is so complex and affected by multiple factors. Weather, changes in status of individual runways, FAA equipment problems and of course, weather and weather, not to mention weather.

The airport you are going to should have a website with teh most accurate info- or the airline itself.

I think the individual airline's websites are usually best. I flew United a few months ago from Chicago to New Orleans and I signed up for the text message delay function. When I landed at my lay over, powered up my phone, I already had text's from United telling me my next flight had changed gates.It was really convenient.

The airport generally has a flight status section, that will give you info on the specific flight, as well as info on the general airport conditions. I always like to call the airline a few hours before the flight, before I leave, to make sure that the flight will be on time. I also like to check the airline's website the night before, but most weather delays are only displayed a few hours before the flight is scheduled to leave.
