You could also try changing the search keyword from 'cheap' to 'budget' as some hotels advertise with only one of those keywords and this can provide you with a few more budget hotels to choose from. There are also websites similar to Orbitz, which list available hotels in Las Vegas and you can change search preference on most of these websites to list the cheapest first.

You could also have a look for motels in the area as I kno that Las Vegas has a few nice motels which good services and for a loer price compared to most hotels and they are still close to many popular Las Vegas locations.
