Someone may think that stripping wallpaper is a pretty easy job. Just wet the walls to soften the glue, pick up a seam and strip off the wallpaper in large panels. You shouls also start by removing all the switch plates and outlet covers from the wall. It's also a good idea to spread drop cloths on the floor at the base of the walls where you're removing the wallpaper.
Wallpaper-piercing tool available at your home store, use it. This little tool fits into one hand and you roll it all over the wall. Inside the tool are a series of spiked wheels that pierce the wallpaper, making lots of little holes so moisture can get through the surface and down to the glue.
What is the best method to remove the wallpaper and glue without damaging the Sheetrock? Take a wallpaper scrapper and go over the surface. It is a tool that makes perforations in the paper and/or glue so it is easy to remove. Mix a solution of hot water and Dawn dish liquid soap.
Mix about a 4 or 5 tablespoons of soap per gallon of water. Take a hand towel and saturate it with the dawn and hot water and wipe down all the glue. Make sure that all the glue gets wet.
Now take the hand towel and dampen a smaller section again. Using a putty scrapper to gently scrap away the glue layer. As you scrap and it comes off in sections pull in an angle with one hand as you scrap with the other.
A metal scrapper works best however you do have to use caution not to get carried away and damage the wall. For the smaller bits of residue use a medium corse sandpaper or one of those green scouring pads to sand the glue away. Be careful not to damage the Sheetrock.
Once the glue is all removed rinse the wall well by using a clean wet towel. Inspect the walls for any imperfections. It might be necessary to spackle or do some minor repair to the finish before painting or recovering.

Tell her to try the hair-dryer method. Aim a hair dryer on high heat toward the top edge of the strip to soften the glue, and work your way down, peeling the paper as the glue softens up.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
