Whats the difference between community police officers and proper police officers?

1. The officer CAN'T take them to a foster home. He would have to take them to children's services, who would place them in a foster home.

First of all cops are armed with a sidearm pistol Expandable battons, spray and handcuffs. The cop shouldn't and won't likely show fear? Also the boy would likely develop a speech impediment and the welfare of the young girl next to him would be a factor .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
