Whats the difference between psychiatric hospital, psychiatric ward, insane asylum, mental hospital and rehab?

The same as the difference of Manic depressant disorder & bipolar Retardation & developmentally challenged. Nothing, except they buttered up the title.. to make people with these conditions, or their families, or society; who knows for sure? Feel 'less offended' by these terms.

Political Correctness. The term Insane Asylum has been relegated to the same "don't you dare say that" category as Loony Bin. Besides, It's just not an accurate term.

These people are sick, not insane (well....most of them aren't).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
