It depends on the motherboard. Phenom II x4 955s work on both socket AM2+ motherboards with DDR2 memory, and AM3 motherboards with DDR3 memory. Not all motherboard support 8GB modules, however, so check carefully.
Edit. You're good. I missed the detail about that being an 8GB kit (2x 4GB).
It will quite nicely run on that motherboard, in dual channel memory mode. Faster memory helps, but not as much as a faster processor. Going from 1333 to 1600 is likely to be on the order of 3% improvement at best.
It's definitely a good idea, if the pricing is close. This $69.99 kit after MIR looks good: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...
It should Asrock does not show a limitation on the XMS series of ram. I'm kind of partial to this stuff...http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
